Cancellation Policy
• Once an order is placed, any cancellation (by customer or VSNC Jewellery Silver) will be subject to a 5% deduction as cancellation/refund charges.
Refund Process
• Remaining amount will be refunded via the original payment method using Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• Refund will be credited to your bank account/card/wallet.
• Processing Time: 10 to 15 working days (depends on bank/payment provider).
Razorpay Refund Details
• Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at purchase.
• Once initiated, Razorpay will transfer the amount to your account.
